Join London's first dance fitness and empowerment club for your weekly dose of strength, stamina, confidence & self love - shared in a safe space of like minded souls! bodyJOY classes are uniquely created to: - help you ENJOY exercise - by using it as a tool for nourishing, cherishing and celebrating your body (because our bodies are AMAZING!) - allow you to feel safe, welcomed and empowered in a fitness environment ​- improve not just your physical wellbeing but your mental, emotional and social wellbeing too - through community based classes that focus on joy and togetherness! ​- give you masses of confidence and help you feel more comfortable in your skin - even as your body shifts and changes with life! Each class involves: 🌸 intention setting circle & gentle mobilising warm up 🌸 confidence building dance cardio routines 🌸 dance/pilates strength work for a resilient mind & body 🌸 stretch and self love circle with prompted reflections & affirmations We also run frequent post class socials - keep an eye on the Instagram page for when these are & how to opt in! -- Other Info: Classes are suitable for all fitness levels - options will be given throughout and you are always encouraged to listen to YOUR body and honour it's needs! We are a body neutral fitness space so our classes will never discuss weight loss, aesthetic changes or calories burned - this is to help you build a positive relationship with exercise & your body so that it becomes something you do as an act of self love not punishment! Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable but you may transfer your class to a different date by emailing marissa@bodyjoy.online up to 1 hour before class starts
